The process explained:
free initial visit
building regulations - once Planning Approval has been received, drawings will be updated to show the relevant information that illustrates compliance with Building Regulations. A Structural Engineer may be required to provide structural calculations. Information is then submitted to Building Control to be checked by a Building Control officer for approval.
